Job Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.
Front Desk Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
Respond to guests inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner- Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
Manage reservations and room availability
- Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment processes
Monitor and review guest feedback- Resolve customer complaints
Train and coach front desk staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements and Qualifications- Graduate of BS Hospitality/Tourism Management
At least 1-2 years experience in the same role
- Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Proven leadership and organizational skills
Working knowledge of hotel management systems
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
