QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management and any other related course
Must possess 2 years of experience at the same role in the same environment- Has strong background in Front Office operations
Has strong leadership skills with hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills - oral and written, excellent interpersonal and relation skills.- Excellent problem-resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Abilitv to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
- Personal integrity, with ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy
Ability to remain calm under pressure with good attention to detail- Knowledgeable in MS Office, OPERA System and other relevant software/applications
Good time management skills
- Can perform with minimum supervision
