Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming phone calls and email correspondence, responding to inquiries and directing calls to appropriate personnel- Register guests and assign rooms, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and policies
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions, ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other requests as needed- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management as needed
Follow all safety and security procedures, including monitoring the property for any suspicious activity or behavior
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
Proficient in English (verbal and written)- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel) and Google applications
Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, organize and execute work with minimum supervision
- Customer service oriented
Can speak Chinese / Fukien is a plus
