SM City Sta. Rosa Laguna.- GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience
Help the team execute day-to-day operations in line with the Restaurants Quality Service and Standards- Ensure customers satisfaction by providing an excellent and professional service to customers
Ensure co-workers and customers health and safety in the workplace
- Execute BWNT Service & Hospitality Touchpoints in a consistent manner
Mastery and Execution of BWNT Service and Hospitality Standards- Deliver GIFTS to BWNT customers in an excellent manner:
o Great Food
o Ice Cold Beverages
o Fast Serving Time
