SM City Clark Pampanga.- GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience
- Help the team execute day-to-day operations in line with the Restaurants Quality Service and Standards
Ensure customers satisfaction by providing an excellent and professional service to customers- Ensure co-workers and customers health and safety in the workplace
Execute BWNT Service & Hospitality Touchpoints in a consistent manner
- Mastery and Execution of BWNT Service and Hospitality Standards
Deliver GIFTS to BWNT customers in an excellent manner:
o Great Food
o Ice Cold Beverages
o Fast Serving Time
o Tangible Value of Experience
