Maintain customer service level at the check out within the standards by ensuring front end staff is properly scheduled based on productivity
Ensuring that all check outs are manned on peak hours
Queuing at the check out is maintained at a maximum 3 customers
Ensure that all payment terminals are in good working condition (credit card, debit card,PLUS card)
Ensure control standards and processes are executed at the front end by ensuring 100% turn over of cash and sales tender to treasury at the end of the day
Reported cashiers shortages and overages incurred
Bachelors degree with business emphasis, Sales/ Marketing/ Customer Service Management with atleast 2 years relevant experience
