Job Summary
The Front-End Supervisor oversees the total front-end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains the excellent customer service at the check out
- Effectively handles customer feedback
- Ensures that the control standards and processes are implemented at the front end covering cash turn over to the Treasury
- Accountable for the front end assets management
- Database maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
- With atleast 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments.
