Job Summary:- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and tramsferring incoming telephone calls
- Receive visitors and direct them to the waiting area or respective staff
Receive and dispatch incoming documents- Update telephone directory
Perform other duties that may be assigned periodically
