Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; logging on visitor's attendance. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knows relevant software applications including MS Office
Knows to follow phone etiquette
Proficient in use of email and internet
Knowledgeable with office management system and procedures
Good in organizing and scheduling room reservations, documents to be sent etc.
Organized and can communicate with all guest/visitors
Knows to prepare and compose email to be sent out
General accounting background is advantage but not a requirement
