Qualifications- Degree & Course: bachelor of Hotel and Restaurant Management/Tourism or any related course
With pleasing personality- Ability to work under pressure-

Welcoming guest or visitors coming into the office and assist them to their respective room or meeting
- Meeting room bulletin board monitoring. In-charge of the reception area and meeting room area's organization and cleanliness.
Receive and accept calls on behalf of all departments and coordinate it to the respective recipient.- Monitoring and managing transmittal transactions whether it's incoming or outgoing, and also in-charge of disseminating all received documents.
Monitor office and medicines supplies and in-charge of ordering or coordinating office supplies order to the purchasing department.
- In-charge of accounting documents that are for filling. Handle work permits, gate pass (Pull out, Delivery) submission to the building admin.
Receive memo's announcement or billing from the building admin office.
