CLINIC RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER

Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries. Scheduling appointments and keep those appointments on time. Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation. Keeping a clean and calm reception area.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary Range: 16,
  • 00 to 18,000.00

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the clinic

    Direct visitors to the appropriate clinic locations/Doctor's room

    Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

    Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

    Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

    Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

    Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

    Update calendars and schedule patient consultations

    Keep updated records of clinic daily sales reports

    Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing

    Requirements and skills

    Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related course

    Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative in a clinic is an advantage

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Hands-on experience with office equipment (POS machines, computers and printers)

    Professional attitude and appearance

    Solid written and verbal English communication skills

    Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

    Excellent organizational skills

    Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

    Customer service attitude

    Pleasing Personality

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
