QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
Proven experience as receptionist or any related work. Knowledgeable in administrative procedures and clerical works.
- Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in ISO-QMS is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage front desk services such as welcoming guests, answering phone calls, facilitating meeting room schedules and sorting received mails.
To cascade any announcement or advisories to the employees through the use of official messaging platform.
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors in the reception area.
Direct and coordinate guests and visitors to the appropriate person and assigned meeting room.- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
