Job description Provide reports, assessments and solutions
- Assist and communicate with colleagues, vendors and/or contractors, guest and applicants
Execute admin department projects and events- Update and submit logistic monitoring checklist list, forms and endorsement
Handle the company transportation request and records
- Manage the company logistic request, records, billings and funds
Will handle admin assistant task during their absence- Responsible to implement company policy and guidelines
Reports directly to the Admin Officer and interact with all employees across the organization
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management
College graduate of any related course
- With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity
Knowledgeable in different types of vehicle- Excellent customer service (customer oriented), telephone skills and detail oriented
Proficient on MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English communication
Flexible, can work during weekends and holidays- Able to work on a shifting schedule
Must be willing to work in Makati
