Job Description

Job Summary:

Posts revenue center charges to guest accounts, Receives Payments from guest accounts at check-out. Coordinates the billing statements and direct-billed guest accounts with the accounting section.

All guest accounts are balanced by the cashier at the close of each shift. He / She normally entails answering guest inquiries regarding fees and services.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in BS in Hospitality Management or any related course.
Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Basic computational skills and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proper certifications required.
Excellent customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to do basic math and handle money.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php
  • 00 per day

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Commission pay
  • Overtime pay
Tips
