Taking and ensuring intercom call or messages are passed to the appropriate unit owner/ tenant or guest.
- Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.- Control inventory relevant to reception area
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications- A college degree in Hospitality or any tourism related course
With at least 1 year experience in customer service industry
- Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as computer, printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
