As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in greeting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Anticipate and address client needs and concerns proactively, striving to exceed their expectations and create memorable experiences.
Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
Handle clients inquiries / concerns and daily schedules of the center
Process payments, handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with other team members, including Therapists, to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of services.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing client records, to support the overall efficiency of the business.
