We are looking for
Front Desk Associate that will make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises. She will be able to deal with client's concerns and give accurate information through phone call and/or in person.
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related field from top universities.
Proficient knowledge in local government compliance and building administration.
- Effective communicator and excellent inter-personal skills
Proficient computer skills especially in MS Office
The Front Desk Associate oversees the activities in the reception area and conference rooms, and manages communication received.
- Courteous management of the reception area.
- Delightful greetings in phone calls.
- Management of schedule in the conference rooms.
- Proper communication with concerned employee regarding visitors, documents and phone calls received.
- Daily monitoring of photocopy log sheets.
- Submission of necessary report as may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Front Desk Agent: 1 year (Preferred)
