Job Description

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including but not limited to: maintenance of the records of patients, scheduling of patients, inventory and order of dental supplies, and updating the daily and monthly report.

_Reception Management_
  • Manage day-to-day operations of dental clinics. (e.g. open and close dental clinic according to the schedule).
Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Check the daily schedules of the patient's appointment.
Maintain and do a liquidation of petty cash.
  • Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.

_Patient Management_
  • Maintain a neat and clean reception area at all times and greet all the patients with courtesy.
Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentations.
  • Check and update patient information in the system.
Oversee patient relations and handle patient complaints.
  • Able to check the schedule of the dentist on a daily basis.
Confirm and follow up upcoming appointments and recalling patients according to their scheduled date thru calls and text before and the day of their appointment.
  • Collect payment from patients at the time of the treatment.
Assist in the treatment room as needed.

_Records Management_
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the daily Report, expense Report, monthly closing of accounting and some additional reports based on the assigned tasks per branch.
Gather, update and accurately record the patient's information to the system.
  • Securing complete charting and patient consent and treatment done must be scanned and uploaded and documented properly.

_
Inventory Management_
  • Monitor inventory and order dental supplies as needed.
Monitor and make sure all dental supplies equipment is working properly.
  • Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to excel in customer service skills.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer literacy in basic applications like google suite, email and Microsoft Office.
Must have an outgoing personality and possess a professional etiquette as front desk associate.
  • Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in Front Desk is an advantage but not required
  • With pleasing/delightful personality
Computer literate
  • Amenable to commute or relocate to Malolos, Bulacan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13,
  • 00 - Php15,000.00 per month
