Job Responsibilities
- The agent handles different tasks related to processing documents and keeping records for customer accounts.
- Entering, editing, recording, sorting, and summarizing data and documents.
- Answering and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate (Not currently enrolled)
- With or without BPO/ call center experience (voice, chat, back office/ non-voice accounts) (Not currently employed)
- Previous BPO/ call center experience is a plus
- Above average or Conversant in English communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude
- Familiarity with a computer
- Good Typing Skills
- Highly motivated and prepared to work hard
- Flexible and welcome change/improvements
- Can Start ASAP
