Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the administrative tasks to support the efficiency of the operations and facilitates the smooth running of the office.
Supervise and manage the schedule of all the drivers.
Purchases materials, tools and supplies by obtaining requirements from the operations; responsible for negotiating the price, quality and delivery.
Ensures that the facilities are equipped with the supplies and services needed; maintains good condition of the offices and arrange for any repairs and damage, if necessary
Executes plans, policies and program in relation to property and equipment, supplies, housekeeping, office and ground maintenance, and safety.
Records the office expenditures and works within the given budget; submits information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances; develops budget recommendations for operating expenditures.
Closely monitors supplies of stationery and equipment; coordinates with the Lead Office Admin for necessary repairs of tools, equipment, etc.
Maintains records, prepare reports and composes correspondence to third party partners, if deem necessary.
Supervise new applications, renewals of permits and licenses
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Bachelor's/College degree/Diploma course, or relevant field with experienced
At least 2 years of experience.
Possesses active communication skills, highly organized, and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others.
Able to work with, challenge, and support all level of people in the organization.
Solution-oriented and with good analytical skills.
Knowledgeable on the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc).
Knowledge in Data/Record Management
Knowledge in Document Control System (Renewals, Permits, Licenses, etc.)
Knowledge in Health, Safety and Security Management
