POSITION: GENERALISTS/WRITERS/LANGUAGE SPECIALISTS
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Creating training data sets for AI models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence, and voice.
- Annotating data to help AI models align with human values.
- Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.
- Contributing to evolving specifications for LLM training and data recipes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent English writing skills
- Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and semantics
- Well-honed internet research skills.
- Can join IMMEDIATELY and can work FULL-TIME.
