Job Summary
The Merchant Support Associate will provide efficient service to all Ipay88 merchants and customers via phone & email, including the appropriate escalation of merchant issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls;
Assist with the merchant's and customer general transaction concerns;
Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure proper escalation and resolution;
Monitor, investigate and report suspicious (potential fraud) activities and transactions to the management for immediate resolution and investigation;
Extract and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports;
Works with other departments such as Sales, Tech Support, IT, Finance to provide assistance to the merchants/ client.
Qualification:
- Bachelors / College Degree in any related field.
At least 1-year relative work experience. Good customer service skills/experience- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Effective communication skills (written/spoken English) with an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
- Detail oriented with strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a team and independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
