Minimum Qualifications:- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

Providing the first point of contact for support and maintenance of computer equipment
- Responsible for answering and resolving advanced product technical-support questions received from customers
Assist customers with remote installation of new or to rebuild existing computer's configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, among others.
