Job Description

Performs optimal execution of contact center operations activities (i.e., making outbound calls, addressing customer issues/complaints) and ensures to achieve individual goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis creatively.
  • Financial Management:
Performs at maximum potential to achieve desired performance/collection targets
Ensures individual target is achieved to contribute to overall/department goals
  • Customer Management:
Coordinates with inter-department personnel to address issues and resolve them effectively
Communicates clearly with the team for efficient workflow
Provides excellent service to policy holders
Responds to policy holders inquiries over phone and/or email
Attends to queries/complaints and recommends resolutions as needed

Pay: Php14,
  • 00 - Php15,000.00 per month
