Pag-asa Steel seeks an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for various organizational, clerical, and document control functions in the Sales department.
- Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales administration and/or office administration work in ISO environment- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, records management, and other office procedures
Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software mandatory; experience with ERP and reporting software a plus
