- E-Guardian Philippines Inc.seeks a talented bilingual fluent in English and French, to provide the best customer experience to clients of an automobile e-commerce project. Apart from being a prolific linguist, the best person for this role is one who is easily reliable, disciplined, and service-oriented, can effortlessly work with a team as well as independently, hungry for learning new things, and flexible to survive a fast-paced start-up environment. A keenness for Japanese culture, social media and all things internet are a plus.
- GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support across available platforms (chat, phone, and email) to French-speaking customers- Consistently meet client service level agreements (SLA) as individual and within a team
Perform other related duties including monitoring, data entry, mentoring team members, etc. as required
- Report and escalate critical issues for prompt resolution
Has completed at least a second-year high school diploma or higher; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Has acquired FRENCH language training at a reputable institution (with certification preferred but not required) and is at least B2 level(CEFR)
Work experience is not required- Must be interested in technology, internet, and social media
