Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from client
Create potential clients in Client Intelligence and build database based on information provided- Draft quotes; follow up feedback on proposals generated
Confirming bookings via email
- Review and check all order requests before processing (Order Management)
Services existing and new customers for their sent order/s or concerns- Ensures all order requests are processed accurately
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Following-up on required documents with the clients
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the client/Team Leader
- Recent and solid 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping or Logistics is preferred
Good customer service skills- Excellent English skills in both written and oral
Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
- Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
With positive attitude towards difficult situationWilling to work in our Ortigas,Pasig or Cubao,Quezon City office
