Invoice for Import and Export Shipments Knows how to manifest import/ export shipments in both SEA and AIR Knows lodging shipments (Import and Export)
- Must be computer literate (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Customs broker license is an advantage- Handles the international and domestic freight arrangements
Manages shipping documentation for all shipments
- Follow up with the shipper/supplier and resolve shipping documentation issues and mismatches
Handle clarifications from end users regarding freight arrangements- Proper reporting and escalation of any issues identified with documentation or with shipments
Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process on behalf of the customer logistics department.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in shipment process handling.
Extract and review reports from customer systems and align them with the shipping/airline report Actively respond to inquiries related to track and trace- Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep the
