The Project Assistant will provide adequate support to the Project Manager with the following tasks but not limited to:
- Data gathering, exporting and encoding on the Data Analysis File (excel)
Prepares, collates and summarizes the data needed for the weekly and month-end PowerPoint Presentation- Provide analysis on the gathered data and provide proper recommendations
Translating data into actionable items
- Checking and compiling weekly promotions of client and its competitors
Assist on promotions, ads, scheduling and implementation for the client- Assist on any other tasks/ data needed by the client
Maximize ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) for Shopee and Lazada advertisement
- Optimize budget for Shopee and Lazada advertisement based on its campaigns and promotions
Manage Shopee and Lazada affiliates
Has extensive Shopee and Lazada marketing experience- Keen attention to details
Adequate knowledge and experience on using Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarization on e-Commerce Seller Centers (preferably with Shopee and Lazada)
Social media marketing/advertisement experience is nice to have.
