Freelancer for Class Facilitation (On-Site, Weekdays)

The Freelancer for Class Facilitation shall perform any of the following functions: facilitation, hosting, in any of the following engagements: Certified Digital Marketer (CDM) Certification & Other Public Programs, Corporate Programs and, Webinars.

• Run the program according to the outline agreed upon and provide necessary engagement and student experience that is applicable to the class's audience.

Execute engagement activities that are provided in the slides

• Act as Zoom Meeting and Webinar Host and Tech Support who manages waiting room chat, recording event, spotlight feature, breakout rooms, polls, playing CDM curated music with break countdown videos.

Non-Teaching/ Facilitation Roles which may involve providing expert input via consultation and other engagement activities that may arise from customized or future learning solutions.

The Freelancer undertakes to perform the services with the highest standards of professional and ethical competence and integrity.

The Freelancer will be paid

• 00 gross hourly

. The number of hours and days to be rendered will be based on mutually agreed class assignment. The Freelancer must be available to render work on weekdays between 8AM to 5PM (with 1 hour lunch break).

Work will be done on-site and the candidate must be amenable to be assigned in any area within Metro Manila and nearby areas. Transportation allowance will be provided based on our allocated budget.

Qualifications:

Must have own laptop and internet connection and installed Zoom, Google account for workspace access, Viber account for chats, Spotify or YouTube Premium

• Must be residing in Mandaluyong, Makati, or Pasig

College graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent

• Experience in training facilitation, event hosting and Zoom support is an advantage

Familiarity in using MS Teams is an advantage

Pay: Php300.00 per hour
