As a Fraud Specialist II in our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for working in a back-office environment, making outbound calls, and communicating with customers in a metrics-promoten environment. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. This role provides the opportunity to take ownership of each customer interaction, treating them with respect and responding with empathy. You will also need to be comfortable multitasking, using a computer while providing customer support.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work in a back-office environment with outbound call
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our customers
  • Communicate with customers in a metrics driven environment
  • Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy
  • Work both independently and in a team environment
  • Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Ability to multitask using a computer and simultaneously provide customer support
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, consistently changing environment
  • Product Knowledge - Familiar with all EMM and Wires
  • Have a passion for helping people by solving problems, presenting, and explaining solutions
  • Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends. This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
