Job Description

Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service We seek a vibrant Customer Service Rep to join our team.
  • Your key responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries with swift, effective resolutions.
  • Identify and manage fraud-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions.
  • Needed Qualifications:
At least 1 year of BPO experience.
  • At least 6 months of fraud experience.
High school or senior high school diploma.
