Job Description

  • Your Key Responsibilities
Help customers with their inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Streamline fraud and claims management processes to cut losses.
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Needed Qualifications
Completed at least two years of college with no background in the subjects.
  • At least six months of business process outsourcing/contact center experience.
Required: customer service experience that spans at least twelve months.
