  • Your key responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries with swift, effective resolutions.
  • Identify and manage fraud-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions.
  • Needed Qualifications:
At least one year of BPO experience.
  • At least six months of fraud experience.
High school or senior high school diploma.
