Sourcing for potential franchisee and reviewing their qualification and assessment the truthfulness of the credentials submitted.- Preparing all documentation needed for store opening.
Drafting Franchise Agreement, Deed of Assignment, Memorandum of Agreement and Termination of Franchised, for review and Approval of Corporate Attorney.
- Compiling all documents of new Franchisee and forward to third party for application of necessary permits prior to the operations of the business.
Monitoring check releases, bills and payments of Franchisee.- Coordinating with Area Manager for Repairs and Maintenance of Franchise Stores.
