Job Description

Job Purpose

A Franchise Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and recruiting potential franchisees to expand the company's brand and market presence. This role involves generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating franchise agreements, and providing ongoing support to new franchisees. The ultimate goal is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential franchisees through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Qualify leads based on financial capabilities, business experience, and alignment with the brand.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the franchise opportunity, investment, and return on investment.
Address potential franchisee concerns and objections effectively.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospective franchisees.
Negotiate franchise agreements with potential franchisees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and present franchise disclosure documents.
Close deals and secure franchise agreements.
  • Provide ongoing support to new franchisees during the setup and launch phase.
Conduct training and orientation programs for franchisees and their staff.
  • Monitor franchisee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Track sales performance against established targets and quotas.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and target market demographics.
Conduct market research to identify potential franchise territories.
  • Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the franchise industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
