I. JOB SUMMARYFranchise Manager is the head of the Franchise Relations Department. Oversees and has the responsibility for all the activities in the franchise organization and can significantly contribute to the success of the business.
- Reports directly to the Managing Director.
- Must clearly understand the goals of the organization and develop a clear vision of exactly how efficiently run operations will help achieve them.
- Must have a clear set of guidelines which is aligned to the organization's long-term goals.
- Continually monitoring and improving the overall performance of the company's operation.
- Reduce departmental costs and increasing efficiency.
- Creates a long-term customer and employee's, which acknowledge the franchise business impact on the social, cultural and economic environment.
- Compiles financial and performance data and reports this data to the Managing Director, CEO and CFO.
- Keeps comprehensive records of profits and losses as well as sales goals and expenses, is necessary in the assessment of the franchise organization's long-term viability.
- Improves communications by instituting company-wide standards, so that all team members understand how the organization operates and ensure that they follow those procedures.
- Develops more efficient ways for employees to do their jobs.
- III. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages daily franchise operations.
Approves Cart Release Clearance Form, Cash Bond Release Form, Waiver to offset Food cart, Provincial Budget for Ocular and Monitoring purposes.- Implement efficient business practices.
Evaluates employee performances.
- Reviews and adjust operating procedures as necessary.
Ensures compliance with franchise operating procedures.- Update franchise contracts in existence.
Manage relationship with existing franchisees.
- Ensures franchise agreement renewals, marketing fee, payment collection and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
