- Conducts Business analysis of each franchise.
Oversee and manage the overall negotiation between the Company and the franchisee from start to closing the deal.- Offer potential and current franchisees guidance and support on the needs and operations of their businesses.
Prospect for leads, source and identity potential franchisees.
Bachelor's degree in any related business management course.
- Preferably with related work experience within the beauty and wellness business industry.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.- Skilled in using the Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentation.
