Franchise Manager Education and Qualifications -A college degree in commerce, economics, business administration or related fields.
-With previous experience in franchising.
-5 years or more experience as Manager/Asst. Manager.
- Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Manages the franchise life cycle. Acts as the liaison between the franchisor and franchisees.
Assist with the development and implementation of business plans and budgets
Screens and evaluates prospective franchise partners and site applications.
Act as brand custodian and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all items stated in the franchise agreement.
Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating local marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business Fieldwork, Interfacing with Franchisee.
Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements i.e. point of sale, premiums etc.
Facilitates termination, cancellation or renewal of franchise agreements.
