Responsibilities:- Understanding of franchise systems and operations.
Ability to identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with franchise prospects, franchisees, and internal organization.
Capability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address franchisee issues and challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in franchise management or leasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Knowledge of franchise and leasing laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.- Willing to be assigned in: Sta.Mesa, Manila
