  • A Franchise Area Manager is in charge of ensuring that the stores, offices, and staff in their territory fulfill their sales or profit targets. They are in charge of managing day-to-day operations and motivating their employees to achieve.
  • Franchise Area Manager Skills & Qualifications
A Franchise Area Manager function necessitates a combination of administrative, organizational, and leadership skills. They will need both general business expertise and in-depth understanding of the specific market, industry, or sector in which the company operates. A successful Franchise Area Manager candidate will have numerous prerequisite skills and qualifications, which usually include:
  • Exceptional business, marketing, and sales knowledge
Proficient in Oral and Written communication
  • Ability to motivate employees to succeed.
Ability to set realistic goals and identify specific areas of progress
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings.
Management and leadership qualifications
At least 3 years of solid operations and franchising experience focusing in the food retail or restaurant business With proven track record in sales target achievement
  • With experience in creating LSM
Knowledgeable in analyzing the PNL
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint.
Can work under pressure
  • Can Immediately respond to any work related queries
Residing in Metro Manila
  • Franchise Area Manager requirements
A Franchise Area Manager needs substantial business, sales, and leadership expertise. As a Franchise Area Manager often requires specific industry experience, but experience in other areas can also be beneficial if the skills are transferable.
  • A Franchise Area Manager should have
at least four years of experience working in business or have demonstrated success in running their own successful business.* Experience dealing with high-end clientele, major accounts, or managing huge budgets is preferred. Experience meeting and setting goals, leading a team, and making choices is required for the position.
