Job Summary: Perform duties as Foundation Coordinator to assist the Social Media Manager related to posting content in MSFFI FB Page. Post informative content to attract prospective LGU's. Acts as a Liaison officer between LGU's.
- Key Task Responsibilities:*
Research, prepare and track corporate proposals.
Coordinate to LGU re: solicitations.
Responsible in preparation of special events
Coordinate the details of the special events to focal person.
Responsible to getting funds at the Accounting Department for upcoming events.
Solicit funds to LGU's.
Maintain accurate donor records
Maintain and safe keepng records, track pledges, send reminder notices of pledges due,
send acknowledgements of donations received, serve as staff contact with endowment team
and fund raising counsel.
Prepare a monthly accounting summary
Write article content for posting.
Schedules post to keep updated and maintained.
Maintain good lines of communication with the list of clients.
Design foundation promotionals.
