Qualifications:
- Must be at least High School or Vocational graduate.
Must have Heavy Equipment Operation NC II issued by TESDA.- Must be at least 5 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
- With experience in cold storage operations.
Job Description:
- Must ensure stocks are properly stored in a right place.
Must pick the right product and quantity based on client withdrawal request.- Must ensure that product picking is based on FIFO/FEFO of stocks.
Must ensure that all variances / discrepancy found during actual picking are properly informed to the inventory planner and immediate superior
- Must report any potential product nonconformity or mishandling to the supervising authority.
Must ensure that the forklift is in good condition prior to use and immediately report any technical trouble or damages to Engineering and Maintenance Group.- Must ensure that proper battery charging of forklift is observed.
Must ensure to follow all safety guidelines.
- Must ensure products have pallet tags prior to put away.
Responsible for keeping the cold storage room doors closed when not in use.- Assists and supports the warehouse activities efficiently so that services to client will be at prime.
Arrives to work and meetings on time and prepared.
- Maintains work areas in a safe, clean and organized manner.
Develops plans to reduce rework with the aim of eliminating it.- Participates in a semi-annual, yearend & spot inventory for audit.
Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
- Initiates activities that will enhance harmonious productive working relationship with other departments within the organization.
Demonstrations of thorough knowledge of the required skills to the position.
