Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have been in the FX/CFD industry for the past years and with his own client base,leveraging their expertise to forge strategic partnerships and secure key clients for FXCG. As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.
Client Acquisition:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.
Leverage business acumen to understand client needs and position FXCG'sservices as tailored solutions.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market researchto identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Utilizecomprehensive insightsto navigate regulatory landscapes and anticipate market challenges.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry players.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business goals.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
Ensure all proposals adhere to legal and compliance standards.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Oversee the contract management process, collaborating with legal teams to finalize and execute agreements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and partnershipswithin the FX/CFD related industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
