I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Officer for Grounds and Landscape oversee both the landscape project plan and the workers who implement it. Job responsibilities include meeting with clients (or management) to develop or refine plans for the project, which may include ornamental plants, ground cover, and landscaping structures (e.g., walkways, water, and lighting). He / She may create the design, as well. Other job duties include estimating costs and negotiating prices for plants, equipment, and employees.
II. EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a College Degree in Forestry
- A Professional license is an advantage
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field
- Has good Human Relation Skills, Computer Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Preferably experienced in Grounds and Landscape Management
