Knowledgeable on power tools, equipment and materials used in maintenance and construction.
- Can provide bill of quantities based on actual site condition.
Knowledgeable in plumbing/sanitary works (pipe fittings installations and can troubleshoot any deficiencies on system)- Knowledgeable on electrical works (Basic termination and installation of power, removal and installation of fixtures, can troubleshoot any deficiencies on system)
Knowledgeable on architectural works (Installation of architectural finishes (tiles, bricks, accents, roofing works, WPC walls, painting and other related to complete the task).
- Knowledgeable on Civil structural (CHB, reinforced steel bars, concreting, plastering welding works and other related works to complete the task)
Basic knowledge on Mechanical work (A/C system, motor (pumps, exhaust) and other related to complete the task).- Knowledgeable on staking layout including elevation plotting.
Basic knowledge on computer and printing
