Our company is a proudly-Filipino footwear manufacturing facility based in Marikina. We have our own brand and we also manufacture for other premium shoe brands.
We are looking for a Footwear Operations Assistant who will be:
- liaising between our production team and our production and individual clients
ensuring that our items for delivery are up to the standards of the clients- keeping track of deadline and production schedules
checking that the specifications of client orders are correct
- preparing documents like Job Orders, Delivery Forms and Billings
taking photographs, preparing, coordinating and booking of outgoing deliveries- ensuring that received materials and deliveries are complete
occasionally attending and assisting in events and pop-ups
- preparing materials and assisting during shoemaking workshops
The applicant must:
- be able to write and speak fluently in both English and Filipino
be confident in the use of Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint- have good time management skills
have excellent people skills
- be very attentive to details
have an interest in footwear or fashion- be okay getting their hands dirty
Bonus points if the applicant:- has photography or videography skills
has social media content creation skills
- has worked in a fashion or footwear company before
has prior assistant's work experience
