Position Title: KITCHEN HELPER
Reports To: Chef de partie / Kitchen Supervisor
Position Purpose: To carry out responsibility of kitchen production and preparation, cleaning the working area.
Key Result Areas:
To adhere to SODEXO WAY Service standards
To carry out duties and responsibilities as scheduled according to shift.
To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times
To ensure that equipment is maintained to a high standard and properly utilized and strictly controlled.
To do the task of production and preparation.
To wash and dry all operating equipment
To attend all trainings and Sodexo activities
To attend fire regulations and drills and maintain personal hygiene at all times
To maintain a safe working environment at all times by wearing proper PPEs and report all safety hazards and equipment breakdown
To perform all duties assigned efficiently, technically correct, follow the management policy, house rules and regulations, superiors instructions, adhere to procedures of training manual and achieving a high standard to total customer satisfaction
To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments
To perform any other assignment by management or his direct supervisor
