Function Summary:
Food Service Sales Supervisor primary duties involve overall monitoring, overseeing, and coordinating of all sales activities to ensure achievement of in-market sales targets of direct accounts and assigned distributors.
- Job Duties & Performance Expectations:
Coach, guide, motivate and train sales team of Distributor.
- Ensure timely submission of reports which include sales reports. (including but not limited to price survey, trade check summary, distributor sales to trade, store stock levels, other market surveys)
Analyze and translate sales reports gathered from assigned area.- Build rapport with Distributor's department heads, buyers, and stores officers.
To assist Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide effective resolution to customer complaints.
To meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and to initiate corrective actions.- Be aligned with current promotions, trends, and pricing strategies.
Plan, facilitate and execute trade shows that would provide venue for product showcase, building a network for people, and new accounts acquisitions.
- Ensure promotions are within the company's standard ensuring health and safety, accuracy, customer service and satisfaction are met.
- Skill & Knowledge Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in management/administration/business studies-related courses.
- At least 2 - 4 years solid experience in sales, trade marketing, customer service and merchandising management
Previous work experience as Key Account, Sales Supervisor, Sales Executive will be an advantage.- Analytical, leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in networking and building relationships, project management skills, problem-solving and negotiation.
- Exposure on Dairy and Food Manufacturing is a plus.
Proficient MS Office and exposure in computerized accounting systems is an advantage.
Must have a good communication, coordination, proactiveness competencies.- Adaptive to start-up environment.
Can start immediately.
