Job Description
The Service Crew plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, processing
payments, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting customers, and up selling the products
discussing the promo of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Specialist:
Memorize the 7-point system & 5 operations core aspects.
Implement operational procedures promptly.
- Order Processing and Serving:
Take customer orders and deliver food promptly.
Inform customers of any delays and handle situations with courtesy.
Accept customer payments and direct them to the cashier area.
- Promoting Store Promotions:
Educate customers about new promotions.
Discuss products in detail and address customer queries.
- Additional Duties:
Assist customers, especially seniors, to tables.
Set up and clear tables as needed.
Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and the store.
Provide necessary assistance to customers.
- Monitoring and Analyzing Customer Interaction:
Address customer concerns promptly.
Actively listen to orders and instructions from customers.
- Company Representation:
Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain good hygiene.
Memorize the 7-point system & 5 operations core aspects.
Politely take orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Sales Quota:
Engage in suggestive selling to increase sales.
Recommend promo items or delicacies for additional sales.
- Adaptability and Additional Responsibilities:
Be open to additional responsibilities as needed by the management.

Pay: From Php610.00 per day
